Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically picked, packed, and shipped the same day. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout. We want you to love your Dinx gear. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply reach out to our customer service team and we'll do our best to reserve your preferred option from our current inventory. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is free for defective items; for other returns, standard return shipping applies.
